β Very nice manager! In West Allis, Nala! FROM Heather
β They also buy your unwanted gift cards from pretty much any store. Now they only pay ’.50 on the dollar so you only get half of the money that the card is worth but that is pretty much standard for any place that buys gift cards actually the only other place I know of is on the north side and only the first time do they give you ’.50 on the dollar after that they give you less than half of the amount. So I would recommend this place over any other place. For check cashing and for other services such as selling gift cards. They also offer a wide variety of other services that I would recommend them for. So all around it's a good place to go.
β Line is always long. I dont understand how theres almost always only one person working. The girl at the window is incredibly slow even tho she sees the line getting longer. She then tries to be funny when you make it to the window to prevent you snapping on her, which is deserved, to be honest. They need new employees that actually show some kind of enthusiasm while working. The energy in this place is just boring and bland af.
β The lines be way too long with little workers and the cashier's are rude and snotty and doesn't show great customer service at all. I only go here because it's much quicker than opening a bank account but I'm gonna stop giving them my service pretty soon if something doesn't change about their workers attitudes
β The female cashier was very rude. I asked a question and she tells her coworker. This lady just asked me a stupid question. Hello!? I'm standing right here. The cashier must of had a bad day. Still. I'm a customer. Her nasty attuide should have stayed at home. No, one should be treated like that. Why is this allowed!??!
