â I love the awesome customer service at this location! They are the best!
â I was feeling optimistic about becoming a new customer to chase because of their great offers. I had troubles setting up a checking account with one of the offers and was told to go into a branch to have it handled...I went in and waited a pretty good amount of time to be helped. Once the time came, the man I encountered was not the friendliest and I felt as though I was a burden asking for help. He was able to close one of my checking accounts since I accidentally opened two but didnt make it seem like he could or would even try helping me with other inquiries...so here I am as I write this feeling like not all questions were answered and nor did I feel comfortable asking them. I think Ill be driving out of my way to another branch. Horrible experience for a first time customer.
â The branch Manager Curtis is extremely rude and has terrible customer service skills. Shocking to a customer that that is who they have representing their location. His attitude was enough to make me want to bank somewhere else. I live in Oak Creek but will drive to Franklin to avoid dealing with that branch. Absolutely unbelievable.
â I love this branch. I have been using it as long as I can remember. There is still one customer service rep that is still there and recognizes me even though there was a period of time I hadn't been there. But everyone is so friendly. They do put cookies and coffee out next to the seats where people wait to see a banker and while I've never waited over 15 minutes, I have had quite a few cups of coffee while waiting and with the banker. They always treated me with respect and once when we were on vacation some time ago, our deposit with our vacation money we deposited a few days earlier was somehow held up and we didn't have the money available to pay for our 7 day stay at our hotel. The hotel called the bank and they manually released the money on the spot without any issues. Also, I had some fraudulent activity on an account at another time but since the transaction looked legit, it took a bit of time and me looking up the statutes for my particular situation and they took care of it as soon as I gave them t
â My experiences here have been terrible. The first time I went in to open an account, a manager Curtis told me I needed some additional paperwork and then scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next day which he then forgot about and passed me on to another guy who apparently messed up the data entry process. This resulted in the account being closed because I never saw a mailed request for more information which I found out about two months later when my initial deposit was returned as a cashiers check. I went into the office today to ask them to cash the chase issued cashiers check and the manager Matt supported the cashier in saying they wouldn't be able to cash it for me. I asked him the fact check with Curtis that I indeed did consult with him about this account and ultimately handed the initial cash for the deposit which ended in the account being closed because of a data entry error and he said "Don't ever come in here again". Curtis was with a customer and was unable to see me, so I was again passed
