— Cashless branch. Giant waste of time
— Very prejudice at this location.
— Dont come here. This branch (and PNC in general) is a joke. It is cashless. You cant take-out cash at this branch. Why do they have 5 people standing around on a Saturday if they dont allow anyone to withdraw cash? Makes no sense. They dont understand their customers or banking in general. People dont come into the bank to have a conversation or chat, they come in to withdraw cash.
— LAZY WORKERS wouldnt let me create my account because it takes 30 minutes to set up an account & they close at 1 We came in at 12:17 so it was more than enough time to create an account. This is my 5th time going and being sent out unhappy and I will not be banking with PNC anymore.
— Looks nice on the inside but no employees around or teller station when I went inside. As I write this, first time I have seen anyone that works here and they haven't talked to me yet.
