— Used the ATM and the machine kept my money, charges me $5.00 ATM fee. Went inside to tell them and to get my money. I was told I have to see a banker and I won't get my money. I have to go threw whom ever owns the damn ATM. Don't have a problem taking my money right away. I shouldn't have a problem getting my money right away.

— Absolutely terrible - Just terrible. This bank has to be the worst bank in the entire state, which is very sad considering they are building a stadium in our city. Multiple terrible experiences over 2 years. The branch manager, Joe Miller, is very unprofessional and rude. How he ever became a branch manager is absolutely shocking. He expressed no concern in retaining me as a customer and instead wanted to be "right" about everything when I tried to compromise, which is a terrible way to be as a manager. Apart from uncomfortably staring at me with angry eyes (incredibly unprofessional), He even refused to give me his supervisor's number after I called him rude and unprofessional, which only proved my point further. He then got agitated and emphatically pointed his finger to the door to leave. I refused until I got his supervisors number, he then threatened to call the police if I didn't leave, but I calmly stayed, and finally got the number once he decided he has to do his job and that the police wouldn't real

— Very rude. So rude that my father was considering moving his account here and I told him to never go to BMO. If these ladies were allowed to be so rude the whole organization must be bogus. Rude.
