— The tellers pay great attention to detail. They treat you like family. This particular branch is warm and inviting. Thank you!

— I needed a debit card reprinted. I just got off of work after a loong day. They forced me to watch a pointless video that was a commercial for overdraft charges. I had to replace my debit card in the past and was NEVER required to waste 4 minutes of my life on this. The teller insisted that it was a requirement. After spending 4 minutes watching a pointless commercial they couldn't even figure out how to print my card. I got here a little after 2 and it's now almost 3 (2:55 to be exact). Worst experience I ever had at an Associated Bank.

— The turnover here for employees is unbelievable. I've banked here for over a decade leaving a credit union that had poor service and only had one loan officer one day a week. This place started out better but after few years, fees started appearing on my statements. They claimed "new policies" were to blame. They started billing for overdraft protection that was always free when I opened the accounts. Getting a loan here seems only possible when you don't need the money.

— Honestly the best banking experience I've ever had. The Educators phone app is really convenient as well and lets me cash checks without needing to go in. Just wish they were open later on Saturdays.
