— Never had a problem with the local branch, however the corp. level of this bank is terrible. A mortgage is very common and easy for any bank, however when you try to pay any additional against the principal, they are are a comedy of errors. Any existing customers: take your banking business elsewhere; potential new customers: look anywhere else! Is this canned response a joke! I've been on the phone, in the bank, and exchanged emails with customer service and managers numerous times, and the result has been the same mistakes being repeated and new ones occurring. I see the only way to eliminate the mistakes is to pay off my mortgage as quickly as possible.
